Mammoths became extinct because of climate change. The atmosphere's temperature went up so high that it made mammoths become extinct. Over hunting by our ancestors that lived during the ice age is also one of the factors why they got extinct.
either they couldn't deal with the climate change around 10,000 years ago, or they were hunted to extinction by early humans
Because it disappeared at 1,700 B.C.
mammoths are dumb and there so fat and they died.
There was a large and thriving population of mammoths during the last ice age. So plentiful in fact that the neolithic hunters of the present day Ukraine used their bones and ivory as building supplies and built villages out of them. Shortly there after however the mammoths became suddenly extinct. It is believed that human predation was the cause.
go
We don't know. There are theories that postulate several reasons and it may have been a combination of these and/or other potential elements:
Woolly Mammoths became extinct because scientists think there might be a giant meteor fell to the earth and hit the woolly mammoths. And besides, Mammoths can't run very fast and the meteor is very many.
The reason why Woolly Mammoths became extinct.....
Because the world got hotter so did the mammoths soon do to their big furry coats they had heat strokes and died.
Mammoths are extinct because Humans over-hunted them.
climate change
As the world got warmer the woolly mammoth habitat decreased their source of food and as the human population grew the more hunters their was around to hunt the mammoths so that could drove the last of the mammoths to extinction
The primary hypothesis is that they were led to extinction by hunting by humans.
i love cookies and mammoths are all gone they all died no one knows how they died they just did ok ok
Scientists are not sure what caused the extinction of the woolly mammoths, but they have a few theories. These include climate change at the end of the Ice Age, human induced diseases, and human overhunting. It could also be any combination of the above.

Extinction is where no members of a species remain alive. It can be caused by; a new predator, new competion, new diseases or the animal is poorly adapted to an abrupt climate change. i.e, the mammoth and the end of the Ice Age. There are other factors such as a giant asteroid smashing in to earth or increasing volcanic activity, these normally cause mass-extinction i.e, the dinosaurs(or K.T extinction, because this caused the cretacous era to come to an end and start the tertiary era(and no I dont no why its a K))
the wooly mammoth was possibly overhunted by our very own Homo Sapiens (humans), it is also possible that the weather could have delt with its extinction.
They drove some animals to extinction, like the mammoth.

it passes it on
A meteor impact caused the extinction of the dinosaurs.
