Why did you lose weight by eating 600 to 700 calories a day if starving did not work? |

Answer
Strangely enough, starving to lose weight does not work because of the way our maker put us together. Starvation kicks in our natural defences by storing any food intake as fat reserves to be used when you starve yourself again. Ever watch skinny people and wonder why they stay trim? They eat when they are hungry and only eat enough to satisfy that hunger.
