Well, they were both in the same time period and before we found out how to find facts, many different cultures and religions had many things in common. For example, they both worshipped the sun because it helped agriculture. They only had rescources such as stone and they had to do everything by hand, which is another reason why many things were built the same way. Hope this helped! :)

Though the Inca Empire died out pretty quickly after the conquest of the Spanish, many things we have nowadays were inherited from them. Things include potatos and llamas. These things were pretty common in the empire and were used by them. other things they had were honey, guavas, corn, maize ...etc :)
94% of Inca population 3.5million Aztecs died from the Europeans when Cortez found Mexico (later he defeated the Aztecs, claiming the gold, silver and other goodies)
There were many elements that helped the Spanish overcome the Aztec and Inca empires they found. The main reason was that the Aztecs and Incas thought the Spanish were gods.
EVERYTHING! The Aztecs are still doing many of the things today as they did years ago, such as sacrificing their own people.

The Aztecs built many wonderful, incredible things that they are credited for. They had only a small stone "hammer" and sometimes other things made of wood. They had no metal. They built beautiful pyramids, astounding temples, and some incredible palaces. They made so many amazing things.
The Aztec and Maya civilizations traded extensively; in addition, some Aztec warriors lived at least semi-permanently among the Maya, because their presence is documented at the time of the Spanish arrival in Mesoamerica. Interaction between Mesoamerican civilizations and the Inca is less obvious, but there had to have been at least some since smallpox decimated the Inca before the Spanish themselves conquered the empire, showing that smallpox was transmitted from the Maya and/or Aztecs to the Inca before direct European contact.
The god that the Aztecs worshipped was said to be named Huitzilopochtli. They also tended to mix the traditions of other civilizations with their own.
