Farmers used to have to work from dawn till dusk, and when it got too dark, they put the clocks back so they could see.

Yes. As do all states that change their time. This is the only reason why states, cities and counties change their time twice a year.

No, countries that observe daylight saving time adjust their clocks only twice per year.
No all the countries do not change the time every year.
Depends on the year... there's some info at www.whendotheclockschange.com
It's hard to say. It change every year.
All of Arizona is on Standard Mountain Time. Arizona does not change the clocks like most of the nation does twice a year. Arizona is one hour ahead of Pacific Standard Time. When the west coast goes on daylight savings time their clocks are the same as the ones in Arizona.
Clocks in england change twice a year to equate British summer time. They go forward one hour at the end of March (spring) and go back one hour at the end of October (fall) hence the saying 'spring forward, fall back'
twice a year
Nov. 7, 2010 clocks will go back one hour.
I just checked my calendar and it is Nov. 7th this year ( that seems really late, but that is what is given).
