Hey, I'm guessing that your talking about a grey/black color forming, many around the holes in caps/ rims.
This is due to your brakes (brake dust)
All cars, weather it be a front or rear, 2 wd/4wd or all w/d. the main force of a cars braking is to the front of the car, on a guide (70% front braking force-30% rear braking force) If you also look at the physical size of a cars brake pad/ shoe, you Will notice that the front is larger as well. you can buy a high quality brake pad that is virtually dust free ( removes this problem of colored rims)
so as there is more force on front pads & they are larger, this = more dust

Most hubcaps are secured on a wheel by means of plastic clips that secure into a groove. Some hubcaps are fastened with bolts that are threaded into place. Therefore, installing hubcaps usually takes nothing more than a little elbow grease.

sagging right rear spring
your mouth has about 50 million different germs and bacteria in it so your mouth is probably dirtier
if you have ever spun out without moving then it would wear the rear tires more than the front.
It could be that the rear brakes are not functioning properly; leading to the front brakes having to compensate. That is, if the front ones are going out much quicker than the rear. I believe that the front ones just naturally wear faster than the rear ones On a light truck the front brakes will do up to 75% of the braking.
new shocks in front and old in rear??
Front brakes have significantly more stopping power than rear brakes.
It depends on the human and the horse.
You cannot rotate tires on a vehicle when the rear tires are wider than the front. They must stay where they are,
