well they might treat you badly because you treat them badly try aproaching them by being really nice. that's a start. But if you are nice to them and all they do is bitch about you avoid them or if they are in your class in your sports team etc just inore anything they say if they tell you to something or just don't talk to them [ causes frustration ] .
