- Young boys are inexperienced in most cases when it comes to young girls and sometimes when young boys say nasty things to a girl they may well like that girl. Girls mature far quicker than boy. Boys often say nasty things to each other to either try to appear cool or they may be shy or embarrassed about something that is brought up.
