∙ 12y agoprobably puberty, they do strange things around that time, but I'm a guy and this is womans health, you'll probably be fine don't sweat it, next time you see a doctor ask them. guys sometimes get one hard nipple. itching might have something to do with hair growth.

∙ 11y agoDryness around and on the nipple, try applying Vaseline or lotion after shower to ease the discomfort. If its hurts when itching, then seen a doctor, could be some infection.
