Probably because you brought them cheap or the bulbs are broken.
Probaly the bulbs burnt out. Try replacing them! ;)
One bulb is bad and it stops the other half from working
The lawnmower cut it, or what happened to me.
LED lights are better depending on what you want. Unlike traditional lights, if one goes out, the whole strand (or half a strand) doesn't go out. In that way they're good. The only bad thing, though, is that they do not yet come in as many colors as traditional ones do.
HELL NO! I've been looking all over fir the kind that "lock" because I have 50 ornaments that only plug into that type of light strand and I don't have any!!
If you cannot find halloween lights and only have clear Christmas lights, you can make your own! Take your Christmas lights and paint them with orange, black or purple craft paints and let dry.
With series Christmas lights, if one burns out, the whole string stops working. With parallel Christmas lights one light burning out only affects that light. This makes it much easier to replace burned out lights in the case of the parallel lights.
mRNA is like a single strand instead of a double strand. If DNA is like a twisted ladder, then mRNA is like a single half of that ladder, with only half the bases.
Different and unusual Christmas lights are easier to find these days and red lights can be purchased from Next, Argos and Debenhams. They are seasonal items however and may only be available around the Christmas period.
Normally DNA and RNA are the same length. However RNA has only one half of the two usually duplicate genetic strands of DNA

series and parallel circuit :)Series CircuitsSome strands of Christmas lights use a series circuit, also known as a closed circuit. The current goes to each bulb in order, without going in any other direction. All components of the strand of lights work in a path. If one bulb burns out, or one bulb is taken out of the strand, no charge will move through the circuit. The strand will stay off because the series has been interrupted, and the path broken.Parallel CircuitsThe other type of Christmas light strands uses a parallel circuit. This is a closed electrical circuit where the current is wired in parallel, like rungs on a ladder. The current is divided into at least two different paths. Energy flows only through a common path to complete the circuit. In the case of Christmas lights, this means that there is more than one current going to the bulbs. If one burns out, the others will still lighted because the the current going to each one is separate.
no i think the other trees get some Christmas lights as well.
The best Garland lights that are available are the ones at Christmas theme stores. These stores are typically open only around holiday time and provide the best decorations available.
You could have a bad bulb or loose bulb. Check out the reference page I am giving you.
