Many teens have heard and understood the warnings about how diet can either help you be healthy or cause ill health and they are paying attention to what they eat. Other teens have many reasons if they aren't eating a good diet. Some are trying to be thinner than is healthy, some are trying to build up their bodies too quickly and eating the wrong things, and others just aren't worried about health. They think they can always get healthy later and want to enjoy all their favorite foods now. What they don't realize is that getting healthy later is very difficult the longer you eat in an unhealthy way.
