Best Answer

The Mimosa pudica are very drought tolerant, but will drop their leaves to preserve water if left too long without water. New leaves will emerge shortly after watering resumes. It is strongly recommended to mist leaves lightly from time to time.

This has happened to mine, I am afraid I have the wilt. I have read that 10-10-10 and lots of watering might help save the tree. I know I am going to try and save mine. If you have the wilt and the tree dies, burn the branches as the spores of this can travel to other trees for a very long distance. Good Luck they are a beautiful tree.
