No, it is not possible to literally have 'hair' on your tongue.

However, there is a condition commonly referred to as 'Black Hairy Tongue' because the tongue begins to look like it has hair or fur growing on it. This is due to bacterial colonies that can grow on the back of the tongue. You can also get "hair" on your tongue from "dipping" which is a form of chewing tobacco.

yes people do have hir on their tongues bt however it is so thin and so small that you can not see or feel it. some people dont think they do but they do. all i can really say is to ask a scientist just to see what they say.

The tongue does grow hair.When you brush your tongue you shorten them,but when you don't brush your tongue it grows more.

Hair is a filament, that grows from follicles found in the dermis. Since tongue isn't dermis hair don't grow there.
