Why do we waste fuel and troops and weapons fighting specific ISIS targets when they can be sorted quickly by dropping a few Massive Ordnance Air Blast (MOAB) bombs on them to wipe them all out?

ISIS occupies ancient cities rich in history, such as Palmyra, which date back to the Neolithic period. Furthermore, and this is probably the main reason: many of the cities that ISIS occupies are still full of innocent civilians that could not escape the war and are thus, involuntarily, ruled over by ISIS.
