Why do women drive in their cars in short skirts with their legs on the dash?

I also have noticed this. It is very common in th NJ shore area during summer months. It is also common practice for some women to drive with the right knee on the dashboard or on the center armrest and the left foot hanging out the window. Normally, these women refuse to acknowledge that this is in any way unusual. I have had conversations with a few such women, in a few cases while obviously staring in a particular direction but could not bring myself to raise the subject. It may be some sort of a mindfark. If anyone has any insight into the reasoning here, please post.

Shucks! When I pull up on the right side to check out the seat covers they look at me and put their legs down. It may give them a little thrill to show their stuff. It gave me one too, still does, even tho I'm mostly over the hill. I want to thank those that kept my blood pressure energized back yonder.
