Feelings of stress and anger happen mostly because something is not making sense to you. Take some time to get off of the merry go round and figure out just what it is that is pulling your string. (I know: lots of cliches)
Once you figure it out, make the changes you need to resolve the big issues and then work on the smaller ones. Usually, the changes are ones you can make yourself. For instance, in times of heavy deadlines you just have to let some things go--and they should not be sleep and eating balanced meals. If you have a problem with a person, do what you must to get it behind you by having a calm honest talk to find a compromise. Not making sense? Most things do not make sense but most don't get angry. It's a feeling I have.
it depends on your nature, if your stressed you'll get angry faster, if your happier you'll get angry slower.
I find having a chewy mint helps cure being upset, angry or stressed! Getting out in the fresh air, away from the situation causing you to be stressed helps.
