Hormones are changing
Most miscarriages (90%) occur during the first trimester, in the first 6 weeks even, so the further you are past that the better chance you have of carrying your baby to term.
Most likely you will not feel the baby move until the 2nd trimester. If you felt the baby move in the first trimester, it would be in the 3rd month and you would feel a little tickle or flutter near your bladder.
Late in the third trimester
just to let you know the first trimester starts from 0-13 weeks and the second trimester is from 14 weeks to the 28th weeks and the 3 trimester from 29 weeks to 40 weeks or whenever you deliver they are not all equal the 2nd trimester is the most difficult and the longest with the last trimester actually being your shortest. Good luck with your pregnacy. :)
Usually you will feel tired your first trimester. Try to take naps during your lunch time. Your second trimester is much better and you have a lot of energy.
Between the first and second. The first trimester is 0-12 weeks and the second is 13-28, so you could be in either
First trimester: 0-12 weeks (so 12 total) Second trimester: 13-28 weeks (so 15 weeks total) Third trimester: 29 weeks-40 weeks (so 11 weeks total)

Trimester simply is a term that refers to dividing the normal 9 month pregnancy into three 3-month segments. So, the first trimester is the first three months of pregnancy; the second trimester is months 4-6; and the third trimester is the final three months. Hope this helps! Dr. B.
