Maybe when a company empowers their employees to make and accept promotional deals then finds out that it is not what they consider acceptable instead of offering a better deal or accepting the loss of revenue they would rather lose a customer by saying we are sorrying we cannot continure that promotion because it should have not been offered! So when a deal is made and one's word is no good...maybe to continue profitably you need someone else...invisble and hard to account for, it makes it easier on the real dealers who are in the background and they have plausible deniability!

You need to contact DirecTV customer service. If the residence you're moving to isn't wired up for DirecTV, they'll have to do that first.
DirecTV wants the satellite dish there so of any new tents come they have the dish,but you cab call Directv to cone and remove out for your of you no longer have DirecTV. But if you have never been a customer DirecTV won't remove it you will have to pay so some one can remove for you.

As a DirecTV CCR, you are basically given the opportunity to sit at a cubicle, get a call, and troubleshoot with a customer who is either the dumbest excuse for human flesh in planet earth, or think they are the smartest person to walk the earth and knows more than you, despite they called in for technical support. You are supposed to be the advocate of DirecTV to value the company at the cost of completely lying to the customer and you get cussed out for the fact that DirecTV's policy is vague to continuing to charge customers more and more every month, when you agree yourself that the customer is getting ripped off. If you do happen to agree with the customer that DirecTV is a bad company and quality pulls your call to listen to it, you will no longer work for the company because they don't want their employees being honest with their customers and just to give political answers.
