When she was younger, Miley always smiled so her dad called her Smiley Miley. Miley Cyrus has legallly changed her name though, so it's now Miley Ray Cyrus instead of Destiny Hope Cyrus. She is now dating a 20 year old underwear model and hates her parents alot.
