There are so many things wrong with this question it's difficult to know where to begin.
First, the commandment is only "Thou shalt not kill" in some translations. As is quite evident from some of the other commandments, it's actually a proscription against murder... that is, unlawful killing of a human being. A better translation might be "Thou shalt not commit murder."
Second, Obama did not kill bin Laden. He was on more or less the entirely opposite side of the world at the time.
Third, even had he been there and personally taken part, it would not have been murder. Bin Laden was an admitted terrorist and enemy of the United States; killing him in the manner in which he was killed was lawful and in accordance with the general principles of warfare.
In other words: go peddle your Propaganda somewhere else. I don't like Obama much myself, but in this particular instance, he was clearly in the right.

Osama Bin Laden was not just a random person that was targeted and killed. He was responsible for the death of at least 2, 985 people on Sept. 11th. He was deemed a threat to the national security of the United States and President Obama ordered the troops who shot him to bring him back alive if they could. Because they received a reasonable amount of resistance the soldiers shot him. Another user said: The bible says "Thou shalt not shed innocent blood." Murder and kill are two different things. Also, President Bush was the one who set that act into motion.
