Check and/or replace fuel filter and/or air filter. Carburetor may need adjustment for a richer or leaner mixture, depending on whether the engine dies for lack of fuel or too much fuel. For richer mixture, turn needle valve counter-clockwise (open), for leaner, turn clockwise (close).
clogged snow in it, happens a lottt most snow blowers need the auger to be engaged manualy after starting so snow in the front housing cant prevent it from starting. if it worked last time you used it & wouldn't start after being stored its probably stale or contaminted fuel(big problem in some states where they blend ethanol in the fuel but any gas will go bad). try brand new fresh fuel from the gas station (not brand new from the mistery can in your garage ;) if that doesn't do it you may already have deposits in your carb that will require cleaning. it only cost a few bucks to replace the spark plug too. beyond this more information is required.
