Why does a 1991 Hyundai Excel stop running after a few seconds when started?

[Edit]

Answer

had the same problem, was never able to solve it. Suspected fuel pump, fuel injectors, or possibly a sensor somewhere. Best to just take it to your local hyundai dealer.

HI mine is doing the same thing..I put a bottle of DRY GAS in ..it helped..the car runs and I increased the idle speed by the screw ...did u ever fix the car..maybe a fuel pump relay, fuel filter, fuel pump, bad injector..or sensor..that is what i wAS TOLD..i CAN HEAR MY pump WORKING, AND i swapped relays out..so it wasn't my relay to the fuel pump
