It seems you like the attention. If you didn't you could have told him you already have a boyfriend. Even if you don't tell him you do. Your private life is your own and you are in control, not him. We can't control how others feel about us (good/bad) and if this person is following you, constantly phoning you, leaving notes, etc., then report this person as a stalker.
