Sort of mixed between a tomato, melon (honey melon) and lemon.
As much as you like. Try a tablespoon, taste and add more if you think it needs it.
It depends on the brand of tomato sauce. There are some brands that use no preservatives, and others that use citric acid.. For those that use fresh tomatoes and make their own tomato sauce, lemon juice can be added to preserve shelf life.

tomato sauce is better, because it gives the lasagne a good taste. bolognaise sauce makes it bland. some people might like lasagne bland , though.
