Acetone has a lower boiling pt. than water because it has a higher vapor pressure. Liquids boil at the temperature where their vapor pressure is equal to the atmoshperic pressure. The temperature that acetone must get to, such that its v.p. is equal to the pressure of the atmosphere, is lower than what is required for water. Therefore, acetone has a lower B.P.
Simply because Acetone has a very very fast evaporation rate at ANY temperature. Plus it also is a great Dispersant as it break down oils. Same with the oils on your skin hence adding ti the cooling it does. I am aware of this as I worked for a resin factory who put the barrels of Acetone outdoors at 10-20 below 0 degrees F. It was used to clean our hands which were VERY cold once we got back indoors. We noticed at ANY temperature acetone's cooling traits.
water is more polar than acetone
Caffeine is soluble in water - but not HIGHLY soluble. You can dissolve a lot more caffeine in the same volume of water compared to what will dissolve in an equal volume of acetone. It dissolves better in hot acetone than in cold acetone.
Water at 0 oC is ice.
water has a lower vapor pressure than alcohol or acetone, so it requires more heat energy to cause it to evaporate.
Acetone is more volatile than ethanol.
water

Ether has a greater cooling effect than water when smeared on your hands because of its evaporation method. Ether gets its energy from your hands. So when it evaporates, the cooling effect is greater than water.

young money young money and we getting rich
Most people would say ice, because it's colder, but I say neither is. Ice is just frozen water (which is a physical change), therefore, neither is better than the other.
Crystalization is more of a side effect of cooling. So no.
Water at 0 oC is ice.
the density of water is higher than the copper coil it doen not effect the gravitational force, because of the higher water density, the water try to achive the area of coil as we know the copper is the good conductor of cooling it absorb the cooling soon, we get the more cooling effect where air to be pump,if we does reverse connection in fcu so, cause of gavitional force water water will travel through the ciol soon and rusult into less cooling effect.as copared to previous connection

cooling of seawater is caused by the evaporation of surface water which takes latent heat from surrounding water molecules, similar to the effect of sweating. Cooling of seawater is also due to brine acceptance, if the water becomes more saline, it will sink as it is heavier than the surrounding water masses and thus cooling as water which becomes more dense has a lower maximum temperature, and pressure causes water to become colder.
The three liquids have different densities. Water has a density of 1g/mL. Acetone has a density of 0.791g/mL. Ethanol has the density of 0.789g/mL. Also, ethanol has the strong smell that resembles one of nail polish remover. Ethanol is used in alcohol. Acetone is practically a type of acid.
