I've had it on and off for a few years now I'd say, don't think its anything serious, mentioned it to doctor he wasn't worried and said its stress/ anxiety related..mines not really a pain just an odd sensation? !

I get this sometimes too. For starters, don't be alarmed. It is most likely NOT a stroke, cancer, or any other type of life threatening diseases. What you most likely have is a tension headache. This is caused by involuntary movement of muscles in the head which in turn can cause pain. If it gets so bad that it's interfering with your everyday life, see a doctor.
