Why is it that after a woman urinates she occassionally still feels as if she has to go?

Your prostate (if you have one) is enlarged.
Yeas indeed it can be the prostate gland but normally infected the higher age group but it can cause also by a infection of the urinating system by pushing stuff in the front of the penis.

∙ 14y agoYou could have a bladder infection or a urinary tract infection commonly known as a UTI. Drink lots of water or cranberry juice. Cranberry juice has a natural occurring agent that coats the bladder and tract and protect it from e-coli which is causing the pain and inflammation. Try AZO which can be found at any drugstore - it will discolor your urine but provides almost instant relief. If the pain persists you should see a doctor so an antibiotic can be prescribed.
