Apple probably stopped funding that feature. So sad :(
I had this problem too when an application that I hadn't even added was listed on my favourites on my facebook app for iphone. The only thing that worked for me was logging into facebook on a computer and then blocking the application. When I signed back in on my phone the favourite was gone.

There is no password for the iPhone app. That account is locked TO your iPhone/iDevice at this time. The logout option is there so you can log into a Facebook CA account if you have one. When you log back into the iPhone account, it will take you right in, no password required.
Go back to where you logged in at and under the password or at the bottom of the page it should say log out. Hope this helps

The only reason we can use an iPhone on T-Mobile is if we turn off 3G (falls back onto 2G). Mobilicity being a brand new provider, they didn't bother with 2G and simply went with 3G. Until Apple comes out with an AWS friendly iPhone you are out of luck. (This would work for Wind & Mobilicity).
You can engrave your name on the back of the iPhone. Alternatively, you can simply put a sticker on the back with your name on it.
