typically it is suppose to just be the their last name ex- Mr. and Mrs. John smith or John and Jane smith (man always first.) why man always first when we used to write "Ladies & Gentlmen" "Girls and Guys" "Ladies first".....? In my opinion it should be Mrs. and Mr. John Smith
