Something in the air intake system may be dirty. Remove the air intake plenum inspec to make sure it isn't plugged. While you have this off and with the engine running, clean the throttle body with carburetor & choke cleaner. Have someone keep their foot on the gas so it won't stall while you do this. Also clean the MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor with MAF cleaner. The MAF is used in conjunction with the oxygen sensor(s) to control the engine's air/fuel ratio accurately. The MAF is in the air intake plenum.
Did this to my son's F250 Superduty and it runs like new.
You may have a blown head gasket, or less likely a cracked engine block. In either case, some symptoms are a loss of power/ rough running engine and white exhaust smoke.
The engine will smoke a lot due to the oil in the gas and will run real rough.
Check engine light, low power, no start, runs rough, bent valves,Check engine light, low power, no start, runs rough, bent valves,
Power brakes use engine vacuum to get their power. If the engine is out of tune, the loss of vacuum will cause it to run rough. Try changing the spark plugs.
Vapor lock, will cause rough running and die outs.
Just drain the fuel tank, blow out the fuel lines, replace the fuel filter, fill the tank with fresh fuel, and it will be fine. You may have to use starter fluid to get it starter and it may run rough for a few minutes but no damage will be done. Putting gasoline in a diesel will destroy a diesel engine, but putting diesel in a gasoline engine will do no permanent damage.
It is reducing engine power because a sensor dictated a serious problem and to keep the engine from damaging itself it'll go to engine power reduced stage and it vibrates because its at a rough idle
I highly suspect the plug wires are bad or moisture has gotten in them. At higher speeds and throttle openings, the spark has a harder time jumping the spark plug gaps. If the wires (or path) from the coil to the spark plug gets restricted or shorted by water, the spark cannot reach the spark plug and the engine looses power and runs rough.
the rough power of a f1 engine with twin vain turbos would be 5500hp i will explain latter.
if you have a carborator, it may have to be adjusted
If its a gas dirt bike it will run best on gasoline. If you but diesel in it it'll run rough and eventually die. if you mix diesel and gasoline in the tank the bike might run but you may have trouble with the engine in the future. Just don't do it.
My idle was running rough and slight loss of power (5 cylinder engine). The power loss is more noticeable on cars with less cylinders.
