Why does my cracked version of game maker 7 pro switch back to lite when I run a game?

Cracked versions of anything is illegal but the reason your having that problem is because when you buy the pro version of Game Maker like I did, I learned that when you do, your computer IP address will be saved so whenever you open Game Maker it will be pro. So probably when you run the games, some server in who knows where is acknowledging the fact that your IP address isn't activated.
