Why does my garden shed suffer from excessive condensation on the inside of the insulated roof when it has celotex insulation sandwiched between the mdf and plywood roof that has shed felt on top?

Chances are the floor in your shed is earth. There is a tremendous amount of moisture which comes out of the ground. Place a vapor barrier down such as heavy plactic or pour a concrete floor and problem will likely evaporate.
The shed has a wooden floor and the whole shed is suspended above the ground, which is earth. This problem only arises in the summer during hot weather, there is no condensation problem in the Winter
Would a dehumidifier solve the problem? There is several litres of water dripping onto the floor on a hot day, but no problems in Winter or on cold wet Summer days
you need to vent your shed on both sides at the top small vent will work.
