There can be a few reasons why your tire would make a droning noise and they would be first a wheel berring, most probably the cause. Secondly the tire could be warped and or a ball joint might be on the way out. I'd have it checked at a garage soon if possible because the last thing you want to have happen is to be driving down the road and a wheel berring lets go.
