Why does nissan quest shake a lot at 50 mph and less shaking at 60 mph?

[Edit]

It's almost always a wheel balance problem. Take the vehicle to your tire store and have the wheels rotated and balanced using a SPIN balancer. The cheap "bubble" balancer does almost no good.
