Well, to my knowledge this could be because of the time out factor. Normally if you type in your user id and password, see that you sign in immediately or else, this similar problem would happen. It can even happen if you are signed in and keep it unused for a long time, the same could happen.

Page cannot be display? Windows page can not be display? What causes the this page can not be displayed message? Can not display this page message comes up when I try to sign in? You get a message unable to veiw this page while offline while you'm online?
