It is a combination turn signal flasher and hazard flasher. It is located right next to the 4 way hazard switch on the steering column. To access it remove the two screws on bottom half of the plastic steering column cover. Loosen the top and bottom halves, the flasher "relay" is the small black unit at the top center, pull it straight back. /Hal Mine is located on the steering wheel column on the top...you just push it down.
