There are many effects. The biggest one is disease. This effects lots of people because if their town gets hit they have to evacuate to a refugee camp where they drink dirty water most likely infested with cholera. There are other effects like lack of food and water. Another big one is that they ask for aid from the rich countries and we give it to them. But what they don't know is when they are on their feet we, the rich countries, say, 'give us our 1.5 billion euros back please!' Of course they can't pay us back and then they fall into what is called long term debt. which means the poor countries pay in installments so they are gradually getting poorer and poorer. So in the long term, by us being the loan-shark and demanding our money back, money that they don't have, the poor country can't deal with their cholera out break and other things that need urgent attention. I know it's sad but this is happening all over the world right now. Hope I Helped. From 2000AD
They don't form after the country becomes poor! They were already there for thousands of years before the country was even there. There are many volcanoes in richer countries, including one super volcano in America called Yellowstone!
Traditionally settlement around volcanoes is for arable farming due to the fertility of the volcanic soils, thus such areas are far more valuable in less developed countries where most people lead a hand to mouth existence. These people will have little ability to predict eruptions and probably nowhere to go, their government will also have neither the resources or infrastructure to provide sufficient aid.
In more developed country the infrastructure will be better as will the monitoring of any dormant or active volcanic sites, it is also less likely that there will be a substantial proportion of the country's population living in the affected areas therefore making the impact on the country appear less severe.
But the main point is more developed countries rely less on farming and therefore are less likely to be economically reliant on volcanic areas.
The exception is Japan which is geologically screwed due to it's back arc setting.
because some countries have more, and more active volcanoes than others.
it can affect population, because it can kill many people and then there wont be as much population after the disaster
Faults in the earths crust, where magma from the mantle releases to the surface. Countries on the edge of tectonic plates will have more faults and possible more volcanoes.

The most dangerous volcano is a volcano that is erupting violently, spitting out lots of lava, rock and ash.The effect of a volcano can disrupt countries across the world, as I am sure you know from the eruption in Iceland.
it depends on how big the volcano was:)
Global Warming can be an effect of a volcano, and the cause is two tectonic plates rubbing together.Global Warming can be an effect of a volcano, and the cause is two tectonic plates rubbing together.
Globalization is positive for the devolepd countries where they can have new markets but not for the poor countries. Because the markets for poor countries flooded with cheap products where local producers unable to sell their local products which will have negative impact on the local economy.

There is no earthly reason why either one would have any effect whatsoever on a volcano.
