1. Direct change in the acidity of the soil, damaging the root system tissues directly.

2. Vinegar changes the pH of the soil, locking up certain nutirents in the soil resulting in nutrient deficiencies.

3. Vinegar can aslo change the water potential in the soil, preventing osmosis (water and nutrient uptake through the roots) from working effectively.

yes, vinegar is acidic, it would eventually cause root damange, or at the least prevent the uptake of minerals.

yes, grape oil, would also eventually damage the roots of the plant resulting in damage or death

although it depends on the size of the plant and how much is added to it

yes so never ever do it ,it makes the roots shrink up so no water can get in the tree so it will die of thirst.
