Stopped up condenser drain line, unless this water is coolant. In that case it is a leaking heater core. Coolant tastes and smells sweet. Crawl under the car and look for a drain line on the passenger side, near the firewall. Clean this out with a blunt pencil.
Fluid on the passenger side floor is one of two things. Either you have a water leak from outside, as in a windshield leaking, condenser drain line stopped up and leaking into the car, or the heater core is leaking. Taste the fluid. If it taste sweet, it is coolant and the heater core needs replacing.
If it tastes and smells sweet, you have a leaking heater core. If it is just water, you have a leak at the windshield or the A/C condenser drain line is clogged.

If you are sure it is water and not coolant, then the A/C Condenser drain line is stopped up. You will find it near the firewall on the passenger side. Look for a tube under the Jeep. If it is coolant, which will taste sweet, your heater core is leaking and must be replaced.
Are you sure it is not the heater core that is leaking. If the fluid taste sweet, you have a leaking heater core that needs replacing. If it is indeed just plain water then the condenser drain line is plugged. Look under the car passenger side, near the fire-wall and make sure the drain line in clear.
You will be better off replacing it that trying to repair it.

A common problem with this is the result of mold buildup on the condenser coil for the AC system. Another related problem could be a clogged drain tube coming from the HVAC compartment.
