Probly burning up the band or clutches = checks for burnt fluid smell/color (should be pink if all good). If you can smell a burning brake type smell...well there ya go = time to yank the tranny.
If it surges with the cruise on at highway speed, it could be a failed tps.
That is the idle control modual and I believe it is a dealer only item.
That all depends on when it revs. It could be your cruise switch. If you have a manual transmission, don't use cruise until you're in high gear. If you resume and try to shift, the cruise will rev the engine even when you clutch.
Should have a rev limiter to protect engine from over revving
What oil goes in the transmission? What weight have a rev tech 100?
This car has an electronic throttle control cable] that controls the flow of air through the throttle body. You might want to look for a blown fuse since you said you had to jump start the car.
Your transmission is slipping and needs to be rebuilt.
The transmission or clutch may be slipping.
check the transmission fluid first
hello have you checked the transmission fluid? is it full? good luck
To answer directly, yes. A bad MAF sensor can affect a computer-controlled transmission if the transmission control computer uses the MAF signal to determine shift points.
Low transmission fluid, or an internal trasnmission failure.Low transmission fluid, or an internal trasnmission failure.
Code P1776 means "A/T Solenoid switch valve latched in the Low/Rev position" and Code P0700 means "Automatic Transmission Control System Malfunction"
