∙ 8y agoMy dog lays around all day mostley because she's bord, it depends what type of dog you got ! Some dogs are lazy by nature and they just can't help it !
But aniamls need a certain amount of sleep ....
I let my dog sleep from around 11 to around 11 or 12 !
My dog is also about one year old so it matters on how old or young your dog is !
Older dogs need more sleep then puppys!

∙ 13y agoPuppies, much like babies sleep alot. A chihuahua puppy is no different, they love their sleep. Even an adult chihuahua will sleep a good part of the day. Mine loves to find a nice sunny spot to lay in and enjoy the warmth.
