Hi, the white spots are on your fish because your fish has a disease called ich or ick. To cure ick you need to buy a liquid for ich cure in a local pet fish shop. Ick or ich is like an allergy for fishes.

∙ 13y agoThere could be a lot of reasons for this. If your fish has looked like this from the time that you purchased it or found it, it might be typical of the type of fish that it is. If the reddish nose and white patches are a new development, it could be a disease or injury.
