it may be due to stiffness of shoulder joint which is caused due lack of adequate motion in the region.the treatment is easy jst 15 mins daily shoulder exercise NO i dont mean exercise with huge dumbbels .if the problem persist must visit a specialist dr. Najz
if you can do all your daily things without any pain and if you have strengthened the muscles on and around your shoulder, then yes there is nothing to be afraid of
