∙ 10y agoYour stomach hurts when you don't eat because your body releases chemicals which begin to burn up your muscles instead of fat. The chemicals will cause other signs like pain in the stomach and maybe nausea. The pain is quite a lot like a burning feeling or as people call a sour stomach.
