Qassam rockets are like mortar rockets. Its not for firing at tanks. You are mixing it up with Anti-tank rockets which can be fired like bazooka.
Also, to use a Qassam Rocket as an anti-tank missile would require it to be "aimable". Qassam Rockets cannot be aimed much better than the cardinal directions.
