Why doesn't a guy ask you out on a date after flirting touching and talking on the phone with you every day for over three weeks?

If you date didnt ask you out in the first date even though you'v benn hagin out every day,then hes probley not ready mabey hes not ready a serious relation yet,but if you'v been dating fora while and he still hasn't ased you then i would talk to him and figure out why.
It's also possible that he really is just not into you or doesn't "like you that way". It sucks, but it happens. Feel free to ask if you want and are comfortable..
Maybe he has no money. Ask him to lunch in the park: each bring your own sandwich. Or window shopping. Or anything free or really inexpensive. You don't have to say it's a date.
I think that he's either not ready for this or it's just a flirt for him. Remember that women often take flirt seriously but men do not. Had some flirt and forgot..alas!

that really depends on how she is flirting,..if she is aggressive about it then it is very likely that she does want to sleep with you, but if she is being passive and/or cassual when she is flirting then maybe sex isn't the only thing she is after

Does he know that you like him, if he does try talking to him for a while just start talking and work the question "do you like anyone" into the conversation. If he doesnt know that's even a better reason to talk to him but when you do listen to him and talk about yourself, just not to much. Talk to him every other day or soo, and if he doesnt start flirting with you or looking at you a lot, then even though it will be hard, try to move on not neccesarily to another guy and if he starts to talk to you more after you move on move back in lol.
