∙ 8y agoIt is a wise woman that lives on her own and becomes independent and when she realizes she doesn't need a man to help her along the road of life that is the time when a relationship with the opposite sex will work out.
Why live together! If you need help with the rent then get a female roommate. At least your boyfriend is honest and could take you for a real ride and use and abuse you until he got tired of 'playing house' and left or worse yet, cheated on you. He's being honest, but you should get him to communicate his feelings more clearly and ask why he is so against this. He holds the key to your question.

∙ 14y ago- Younger men may not want to make a heavy commitment such as moving in with their girlfriend because they either may not want to give up their freedom or fear the relationship could be ruined by living together. There is no reason to move in and if anything if he doesn't make up his mind about you soon then it would be time for you to move on. If you did this may well 'kick start his engine' and he'll realize how much he does love you. To live together actually is noncommittal. If you love someone you stick it out and eventually get married.
