Why don't more Christians name people Jesus and why do Spanish people call those named Jesus HA SUS?

The name Jesus (I‧e‧sous′ in Greek) (Jeshua or Jehoshua in Hebrew), was not unusual back in The Bible times, and many were named that at the time(Luke 3:29). That's why it was important to add further identification, saying,
"Jesus the Nazarene." (Mark 10:47; Acts 2:22)
or Jesus "the Christ, the Son of the living God."(Matthew 16:16)Christ meaning "Anointed One"
So with his title he was called Jeshua Messiah(in Hebrew) or Jesus Christ (in Greek). (Luke 1:26-33; Matthew 1:1, 20-25)
The translation of his name "Jeshua" is actually Joshua, so many people DO name children after him, without, perhaps, even realizing it. Though no one really knows the exact pronunciation of his ancient Hebrew name, or even his Greek name, most often it is translated Jesus in English.
In Spanish nations, they name people after Jesus' GREEK name, I‧e‧sous,
which is translated "Jesus'" and pronounced: 'HA SOUS' in Spanish.
