Because he technically hasn't done anything illegal. While he may have done many, many things that seem that way, it was completely lawful. With Democratic control of congress, we all know that if he could be impeached for something, they would. The real question is "Why don't we fill the holes in the system to keep one person from having this much power?"

AnswerI think the real answer to this is, "Why should we?" Yes, so many American hate the man's guts, but really, what exactly has the guy done? Yeah, a war. But, what President hasn't done something like that? -.-

AnswerHe was a good president, The people of America just made him look bad. They blamed everything on him, even when it wasn't his fault. Most of the people in the house and senate were democrat and whenever he went to pass a bill, they would vote against it.
