While this may seem like a small and insignificant thing, I have found that if someone cannot follow through on what they say with the small things, they will have much more difficulty in keeping their word in more important matters. Take it as something to consider...
Because he's just not that into you.
Technical difficulties textes get stuck in the system and have apeared a wile latter. Or gotten lost try turning the phone off and on if you haven't gotten them for a wile...
