I have found out the answer to my own question. It turns out under Services.msc I had my Human Interface disabled, and set to manual. After starting it, and resetting it to automatic, all my media and hot keys now fully function again. Thank you!
On most Acer and other computer brands there is a wireless button on the keypad. To turn on the wireless function search for a button with the wireless icon a tower with parenthesis growing in size on either side of the tower.

My 1993 Explorer buttons stopped working too. The Ford dealership told me that if you don't use the buttons occasionally like turning the 4x4 on and off while your car is warming up the brushes in the electric motor underneath the vehicle will stick. I got under the vehicle(not while it was running) and banged on it with a hammer it started working. But I now every once in a while turn those buttons on and off.
First of all, are the dash lights also out......if so, the rheostat behind the instrument cluster may be the cause........
Kawai no longer manufactures rack mountable keyboard modules. Kawai stopped producing Synthesizers due to the poor sales of the K5000 in the late 1990s.

It's not that Cingular stopped offering prepaid wireless plans. Cingular got acquired by AT&T in 2006. Ever since then, potential customers can buy prepaid plans from AT&T instead.

This has happened to me before and my keyboard stopped working properly; several of my keys no longer functioned. I was forced to purchase a brand new one. The second time around, I wanted to be prepared for the unexpected. I bought a waterproof keyboard and it was the best thing I could of done. Its great not to have to worry about where on my desk I place my drink. I have suggested this to all my friends as well.
There are 4 buttons on the overhead console that operate the power doors(the 2 sliding doors and the rear hatch and a power button) The 1st button on the left is marked on/off. This button powers the buttons by each of the sliding doors.
